Welcome to LifeMaxx, built by Maxxing Apps. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use LifeMaxx on devices you own, for your own personal use.

Subscriptions & purchases

• LifeMaxx Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time purchase.

Your content

You own the journal entries and photos you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that content back to you within the app. You are responsible for the content you add.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Not professional advice

LifeMaxx is a self-improvement and motivation tool. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Use your own judgment.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maxxing Apps is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using LifeMaxx and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
